Individual Therapy

No matter what you are going through, it is always a good idea to talk about it. If you are feeling lost, overwhelmed, confused or
uncertain - you are not alone.

Whether you feel that you are starting at square one, or you just need a little support in taking the next step, individual therapy can help.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can feel hard and confusing - but they don't have to. If you and your partner(s) are struggling, couples therapy might be the right option for you. Common concerns that are addressed in couples therapy include communication challenges, overcoming and healing through infidelity, trust issues, transitioning through life changes, conflict resolution and many more. If you feel that your relationship is difficult or is feeling uncertain, let's talk.

Youth Therapy

Our youth are one of the most special and most vulnerable populations. By providing youth with a safe space to talk, explore and work through specific challenges, they can grow resilience and self-understanding. Youth go through a variety of concerns, including bullying and relationship challenges, pressures in school, adapting to online learning, and learning difficulties. If you are or know of a youth in your life that could benefit from additional support and understanding, or simply just a place to talk about what they are going through - this may be the service for you.

Virtual Therapy

I offer virtual services - either online through video calls or over the phone. This is a great option given the current health crisis, so that you can receive therapy in a safe way, from the comfort of your home.

Walk and Talk Therapy

An alternative to indoor therapy, is the option of walk and talk therapy, which has many benefits to it. While this might not be the best option for everyone, it may certainly work for you. For more information about how this works, visit our FAQs here.
